A solid experience in the application of vacuum processes.
 Italvacuum
was founded in 1939 and since the beginning of its history
it has designed and manufactured industrial vacuum pumps
and vacuum dryers for the main production processes of
chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
In the fifties and sixties Italvacuum extended its activities
on the market and there started developing not only cabinet
tray dryers but also rotary dryers: first cylindrical
and then double cones. The latter had such a success that
they became a real dedication in the eighties with the
introduction of the patented CRIOX System, also capable
of powdering.
The constant growth of the company reached its peak at
the beginning of the nineties making necessary the optimization
of the various corporate processes. Therefore the Technical
Office, the Sales Office and the Customer Service were
strengthened. At the same time the Engineering Services
and the Spare Part Warehouse with computerized management
were improved in order to ensure an efficient and always
ready delivery of original spare parts everywhere in the
world.
| In the new millenium
Italvacuum has been committing to renew the Saurus939
vacuum pump, with the introduction of the new
LubriZero®
lubrication system, while optimizing and extending
at the same time the range of dryers.
2009: innovation
continues. Italvacuum introduces
on the market the Planex
System®, the brand new patented
horizontal paddle vacuum dryer, equipped with
eccentric agitator for a double combined rotation.
Currently Italvacuum is a modern company with
ISO9001 certification, leader in Italy and abroad,
able to provide turnkey installations and also
to realize customized systems, that are built
according to customer’s process requirements,
thanks to its know-how in vacuum applications
developed along the years.
