On an ever developing market, reliable products and services
for the customer’s needs may result only from well
managed processes that are constantly kept under control.
From this understanding ITALVACUUM has always focused
particularly on integrated quality both in design methods
and in manufacturing technologies.
ITALVACUUM has implemented a Quality Management System
with ISO 9001 certification covering from design to production
of every single component, from end product sale to plant
installation and technical assistance. In addition, acknowledging
the importance of the welding process in the qualitative
result and the reliability of the end product, ITALVACUUM
has considered to certify its own processes and personnel
complying to ISO 3834-2 norms [1].
Through the continuous quality control of the entire
production cycle, ITALVACUUM machines and components
are designed and manufactured in compliance with the
following European Directives:
- Directive Machine 2006/42/CE concerning machines safety and hygiene
- Directive ATEX 94/9/CE concerning the production and
sale of products to be used in explosive atmospheres
- Directive PED 97/23/CE concerning the production and
sale of equipment under pressure.
In conclusion, all ITALVACUUM products and components
are designed and manufactured in compliance with the ever
more severe FDA (Food and Drug Administration) norms and
cGMP (Good manufacturing practice) rules.
