A high technical know-how and a deep knowledge in the
chemical field allowed the technical department of Italvacuum
– divided in Engineering and Design Office –
to develop an absolute competence concerning the following
activities:
- technical support to the customer for every installation
decision
- layout and P&ID preparation for the plant installation
and positioning according to customer’s indications
- verification of the accordance between working progress
and customer needs
- testing of the installations at our site in front
of the customer (Factory Acceptance Test)
- validation of the installations in compliance with
the FDA norms and drawing up of the related protocols
- S.A.T. (Site Acceptance Test)
- I.Q. (Installation Qualification)
- O.Q. (Operation Qualification)
- system start up at the customer’s site
- operators training for installation management
In the technical department of Italvacuum a special
team deals exclusively with:
- design and development of new installations
- research on new innovative techniques
- research on new materials.
The competence in the technical department comprehends
also training activities on ATEX, PED, CE norms and
includes at the same time plant panel control systems
(software included).
